Rancho Cordova's legendary two-day 4th of July celebration featuring everything from a carnival to a parade is a must-see! Your trip for your family to Rancho Cordova must stop by the carnival for CCegar Tribute Band, games and more. Here’s an insider tip... stop by on the night of July 3rd. Kick off the carnival at Hagan Park for two whole days! Reserve your ticket online in advance! Parking will be cash only at the door.

ALL-AMERICA MILE

Preceding the Rancho Cordova 4th of July parade partake in the All America Mile beginning at Mills Middle School. This is a family-friendly event. So, bring the kids out to join in the fun or push your stroller along! Many of our Rancho Cordova hotels offer a breakfast-to-go and get you out the door and fed on time for the 9 a.m. start time.

RANCHO CORDOVA 4TH OF JULY PARADE

It really isn’t a 4th of July celebration without a parade, right? It’s a good thing that you’ll spend the holiday in Rancho Cordova because there’s a 1.5-mile parade ready to bring all your Independence Day holiday dreams come true! An added bonus? The Clydesdales, yep THOSE Clydesdales will be marching alongside six local bands for the 2021 parade. WATER ACTIVITIES

After spending the morning at the parade, cool off with some 4th of July family activities! Luckily, there are plenty of water activities surrounding the Rancho Cordova area. There are options available for all levels depending on the group you’re with… families should check out Folsom Lake or Lake Natoma where you can rent kayaks, paddle-boards, and more, while adventure seekers have white water rafting and fly fishing available.
