Qualified events can earn cash back, discounted rates, and/or exclusive planning support from Visit Rancho Cordova. Fill out the Incentives & Sponsorships Application below to apply. Applications will be approved based on fit and availability.
Visit Rancho Cordova welcomes sponsorship requests made by local event hosts. We sponsor events of all sizes, however, we are required to prioritize sponsoring events that align with our organization's mission to showcase leisure-based tourism attractions in our community, which ideally lead to overnight hotel stays in Rancho Cordova.
We occasionally sponsor events that are not directly tourism related and all are welcome to apply. However, our sponsorship committee must consider requests based on priorities and available sponsorship funds.

Visit Rancho Cordova welcomes sponsorship and incentive requests from meeting planners. We are required to prioritize sponsoring group events which lead to overnight hotel stays in Rancho Cordova.

To Qualify for Sponsorship
Visit Rancho Cordova must be initially sourced in the bidding process
Online application must be submitted no less than 60 days prior to arrival
Event must be held in the fiscal year between July 1 - June 30
Event room night minimums fluctuate based on arrival dates, length of stay, and need dates (exclusive of comps)
Incentive & Sponsorship Agreement must be signed before services begin
Blackout dates may apply
Multi-year deals available on a case-by-case basis.
