Stop by one of our area farmers markets to experience a taste of Rancho Cordova and support community agriculture. Here are a few of the regular markets and farm stands to explore:

Soil Born Farms

This organization dedicated to food education and access and offers its American River Ranch Farmstand April through December from 8 am to 12:30 pm and from 9 am to 1pm in the winter. Visitors can enjoy hand-crafted farm products, pastries, coffee, and produce.

Sunrise Station Market

On Saturday mornings between 8 am and 12 pm, just outside of the Light Rail Station, you’ll find dozens of local food purveyors offering fresh produce, cheese, meats, eggs, flowers, honey, olive oil, and more. This market regularly features live music and family-friendly activities and it is easy to find parking.

VA Mather’s Farmer’s Market

This market pops-up every Wednesday from 9 am until 1 pm at the VA Medical Center and offers discounts and special deals for veterans. Look for fresh kettle corn, specialty cheeses, flowers, freshly baked bread and pastries, and tons of in-season produce to choose from.
