Submit Your Event to the Rancho Cordova Calendar

Do you have a great local event coming soon? We'll help you promote it!

We’re always excited to feature local events on our Visit Rancho Cordova event calendar. Submissions are free and open all year long. If your business or nonprofit is hosting something fun in Rancho Cordova, Sacramento County, or the Capital Region, we’d love to help spread the word! Submitting to our calendar is a great way to get even more eyes on your event.

How to Submit An Event

Now it is even easier to submit your Rancho Cordova event!

Step 1: Using the form below, add your contact information and click "Next." (Don't see the form? Refresh your screen until it appears.)

Step 2: If you have an existing event page on your website, copy your existing URL over to auto-fill most of your event details. This is optional, but a nice perk of our new tool! (If you notice a glitch in the URL import, just fill out the form manually.)

Step 3: Add more details and adjust formatting where desired. Travelers really appreciate context about an event, so don't skip this step.

Step 4: Please add at least one high quality image of your event, not just a flyer graphic, if possible.

Step 5: Please allow 2-3 business days for the event to be listed as active.

Calendar Rules

  • Visit Rancho Cordova reserves the right to edit or reject any event for any reason.
  • All events must be open to the public.
  • All events must take place within Rancho Cordova, Sacramento County, or the greater Capital Region.
  • Priority will be given to Rancho Cordova events with high visitor appeal and those that distinguish the city or region.
  • Acceptance of greater Sacramento area events will take place on a first come, first served basis.
  • Please note that any non-visitor events, such as meetings, seminars, health fairs, job fairs, garage sales, sports clinics, etc., will not be included in the Visit Rancho Cordova calendar.
