✅ The arena project is led by Joshua Wood, CEO of KozPure Development and Alpha One Sports and Entertainment Group (incorporated in 2023 and 2024, respectively).
✅ Visit Rancho Cordova is unaffiliated with the arena project, has not been involved in consulting with KozPure, Alpha One, or the City of Rancho Cordova Government on its development plans, and has not provided funding for it.
✅ Wood has publicly promised that the arena project will be privately funded, NOT funded by the City of Rancho Cordova or its residents. The City of Rancho Cordova has agreed to waive some permitting fees, dedicate some land parcels, and create a shared future revenue stream for the project.
✅ Visit Rancho Cordova remains proud to transparently advocate on behalf of our destination's residents, hotels, and small business partners as this project is developed.
