Swim: A 2.4-mile downriver swim from the American River near Township Park 9 to the Sacramento River near Tower Bridge.
Bike: A 112-mile bike ride through beautiful farm & wine country in the Sacramento River Delta region.
Run: A 26.2-mile run course through scenic Discovery Park, downtown Sacramento, and 2 finishing laps around the California State Capital Building.
