Capital Crew Intro Clinic 01 at Sacramento State Aquatic Center

For high school students interested in joining Capital Crew in the fall, this clinic is a terrific way to get started in the sport of rowing. In addition to learning basic stroke techniques and boat handling safety, participants will also concentrate on improving their fitness and understanding the value of teamwork while rowing. Students will be ready to join Capital Crew in the autumn after completing the clinic.
