Chef Dennis Sydnor Chef Dennis Sydnor is a Chef and Caterer residing in Sacramento, Ca. Chef Dennis has over 20 years of restaurant, hotel, and sporting venue experience, including Grange at the Citizen Hotel, The Ritz Carlton Cleveland, Sacramento Kings, Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Browns, Syd’s Soul Food, and Smokey Oaks Tavern, with extensive, Front and Back of the House experience. Chef Dennis graduated with High Honors, from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Sacramento, in the Spring of 2010.
