Día de los Muertos Fiesta

Celebrate the new art exhibit at the California Museum in downtown Sacramento on Friday, October 13th, from 6:00pm - 10:00pm with friends and family at the Día de los Muertos Fiesta! The celebration includes:
- Public opening of new exhibit Arte Activista: Dia de los Muertos 2023
- Mayahuel food & drinks for sale
- Maquilli Tonatiuh Aztec Dancers performance & ceremonial blessing
- Honor friends & family that have passed away with a remembrance in the Community Altar
- Live music by Mariachi Bonitas de Dinorah Klingler
- Sugar Skull Workshops ($15)
- Pop up shops from John S. Huerta Arte and other local artists
- Costume Contest
- Hands-on activities for kids (ages 3+)
